Environmental Policy

  • Our priority is to use 95% recycled PLA filament where applicable as it is better on the environment (in theory biodegradable and plant based). However, this may not always be the case and we uphold the right to change the filament without notice or notification to buyers. We are sorry for the inconvenience but the 95% recycled filament is occassionally unavailable. It is also not necessarily available in colours other than Black & White.
  • We try to, wherever possible, to be thoughtfull of the environment. We may recycle shipping envalopes occassionally.

Shipping / Pickup

  • All packages are shipped buy Royal Mail (I’m trying to keep my local post office in business). As a result, we can only dispatch Monday to Friday.
  • At this time, we do not ship to outside of the United Kingdom. We hope to start shipping internationally at some point in the future, we’re just trying to work up to it. We are sorry for the inconvenience this causes.
  • We do NOT allow pickup in any situation. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  • All items are printed to order, please don’t request an immediate dispatch. This is the main reason for a 7 working day dispatch on Etsy.

Disability positive

All our staff have some degree of physical, learning or mental disability. This may affect shipping time. We appreciate your patience with any minor delay in shipping. This is another reason why our shipping time is set to 7 days on Etsy. This is to accomodate ill health days and time to print items to order.
